THE RULES

  1. All sessions must be monitored and supervised by a fully insured, qualified personal trainer.
  2. Only sessions monitored and timed by a registered affiliate of GYM CHAMPION maybe uploaded to this site
  3. At anytime the instructor can stop the challenge if he/she feels its unsafe for you to continue.
  4. The time starts after your 500m Row when the first lift is made on the clean and press.
  5. It is a continuous clock until the end of the 1k run and only then can it be stopped.
  6. You cannot stop the clock for rests or breaks.
  7. Only repetitions using full range of motion and following all details of the exercise guidelines will be counted and deemed complete.
  8. Any half reps or non complete reps do not count.
  9. No ‘alternative’ exercise can be used. 
  10. You must follow through each discipline in the stated order.
